Sounds impossible, right? Maybe. Half the battle is getting out the door of course, let alone getting out the door on time. But once you show up, half the work is already done.
Imagine a melt-down free, judgement free photo session. A session where we focus on play, moving, and snuggling.
How the heck do we accomplish that? We get there by letting your kids be in charge at our session. "Jenna we don't normally let them be in charge." Maybe, but our goal is to not stress them out at our session, the less stressed their little minds are, the more we will get out of them at our session. You typically want your kids to behave, listen, hold still, but asking them to do that for 30 minutes at a photo session without breaks to let them do whatever they want, without playing and running, we wont' get very far.
So don’t stress about trying to get your kids to sit still or pose perfectly. The laughter, the exploring, and even those messy moments are what make your family’s photos unique.
If your session doesn’t look like a perfectly curated Pinterest board, that’s totally fine. Life isn’t always picture-perfect, and sometimes the best photos come from the unexpected moments. If your kids are running around, laughing, or getting a little messy, those are the things that show your family’s true vibe.
And if things don’t go exactly as planned—whether it’s the weather, the kids being a little less cooperative than expected, or not getting the “perfect” shot—no worries. These photos are all about your family, your connection, and the life you share. Sometimes the best memories come from the moments you didn’t plan for.

After your session I will download and back up your photos and prep for editing. Once editing is complete, within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year, I will email you your gallery link of your proofs. Choose your favorite 15 photos and within two to three weeks your final images will be sent to you in your gallery for downloading.

We will meet the day of your session at our chosen location and shoot for approximately 45 minutes.

Email me to schedule your session and with any questions. I'll email your contract and invoice to you for esignature and payment. $150 nonrefundable retainer payment is due at booking, $250 is due two weeks before your session. Once booked, we can then discuss location and timing of your session.

Full photo retouching including color and light corrections, photo straightening and skin retouching. Every photo is examined and edited by hand to bring out your best in every photo while still preserving the realism of your session.

Up to 45 minutes, give or take depending on multiple factors including your kids' stamina during our session. If we get half an hour in and your family is done, that's ok! We won't force you or your kids (or partner) to keep going.

06. Where will my session take place?
I accept card payments or money transfer payments only. Payments are done online at time of signing your invoice.
05. What forms of payment do you accept?
Sessions take place between La Crosse and Trempealeau, WI.
If your session needs to be rescheduled less than one week prior to your scheduled date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be added to your invoice.
04. What if I need to reschedule?
I always watch the weather in the days leading up to your session. If the weather calls for rain, or significant amounts of snow or any other unsafe or otherwise wet weather, I will reach out to reschedule a few days before your session.
03. What if it Rains?
Sessions are for just the two of you or immediate family members, including dogs and other pets!. I am not accepting bookings for extended family sessions at this time.
02. Who Can Come to my Session?
Yes! Sessions include 15 digital photos of your choice. Additional photos are $35 each, billed after your session and before final delivery. Your proof gallery will be available for two weeks after delivery to select your 15 photos and purchase additional photos if you so choose.
Can I purchase more photos after my session?
Your personal and contact information are kept confidential and will never be sold to third parties.
